Export all shopping cart order information to a tab delineated text file for use with spreadsheets and other software programs.

You have two options.  You can get just the customer information only or you can get the the customer information and the order details.

Once you choose which option you would like, then you will be prompted to save the file to a disk.

Click on "Save this file to a disk."

You can then import the text file into your favorite database or management program.  Most of them accept tab delineated text files.
